Member Benefits

What discount do I get by being a member?Once you choose the club you want to join you can select 12 bottles for 20% discount or 6 bottles for 10% discount. Free shipping too.

What if I want to order extra during the year?When you sign in and place your extra order through the shop, your club discount will automatically be applied.

Delivery Questions

Who do you ship with?We use Australia Post for our Wine Club shipping. If you are local, you may get a delivery by one of us.

What if I want to skip a delivery?If you want to skip a delivery, simply log into the portal and make your changes there. You can skip one delivery per year.

How do I know what is in my selection and can I change it?We will email you 3 weeks before delivery is due and tell you what wines to expect. If you want to change the selection, log into the portal and change to one of the other fixed clubs, or choose Munster, where you can make up your own mix.

SECURITY QUESTIONS

Is my data secure?We have engaged with suppliers who deliver industry best practices to protect the data of our customers and club members. We do not keep credit card details within our system.

How do I change my password?Log into the portal, then click "My Portal" again and go to "Account settings". You will be asked to confirm old password before entering a new password.
